I was very disappointed and mad when I got to the hotel in Ocho Rios because I prepaid my hotel and when I got there the did not have my reservation even though I had a copy of the confirmation they had to run my credit card and put a hold for one night until they got it sorted out the next day. The receptionist was quite nice and accommodating. There must have been a breakdown between Bookit.Com and the Room booking agent.

Very disappointed and I will be calling Bookit.com to complain about my experience.
