I booked part of my honeymoon through book it. Excellent prices but for some reason initial booking did not go through. Which lead to five days of exchanging emails and phone calls with the rep. Then, our vigchers/ confirmation email never came through. We received a request for a review 7 days before we finally got a confirmation- and even then only because I had the contact info for the rep due to the earlier problems.
