I AM BOOKIT CUSTOMER FOR LAST 5 YEARS AND LOST HOPE AFTER RECENT VACATION. HOTEL WE STAYED WAS REALLY BAD WITH MOLD, BUGS AND OTHER HEALTH HAZARD. KIDS FELL SICK IN COUPLE OF HOURS. REQUESTED TO CHANGE TO OTHER HOTEL AND RESERVED OTHER NEAR HOTEL WITH BOOKIT HELP AFTER AN HOUR DISCUSSION. BEFORE CONFIRMING WE WENT TO HOTEL AND CHECKED THE QUALITY AS WE LOST BOOKIT RELIANCE. ONCE WE CHECKED THE HOTEL WE CAME BACK TO OLD HOTEL AND REQUESTED BOOKIT.COM REPRESENTATIVE TO CANCEL CURRENT ONE AND BOOK BETTER HOTEL. ONCE SHE CONFIRMED THAT OLD ONE IN CANCELLED AND RESERVED NEW ONE, WE VACATED OLD AND TRAVELED TO NEW HOTEL. AFTER REACHING NEW HOTEL, HOTEL REPRESENTATIVE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION. SPEND AN HOUR ON PHONE WITH BOOKIT REPRESENTATIVE AGAIN. SHE SAID THAT NEW AND OLD BOTH ARE CANCELLED . NOT SURE HOW AND WHO CANCELLED NEW HOTEL, EVEN AFTER PROVIDING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. WE SPEND COUPLE OF HOURS LATE NIGHT WITH KIDS IN THE LOBBY AND NO WAY IT IS LOOKING LIKE VACATION. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH BOOKIT.
