I incorrectly selected my check in and check out date when I booked my hotel. I didn't realize until I arrived at the hotel check in counter. One of your employees corrected my mistake in 5 mins. It was the best experience I have had with a company after I was the one who clearly made the error. Thanks again. Saved my weekend.
