Bookit.com cancelled our reservation at 8AM day of arrival but did not refund our money. They booked us at the same condo with another management company that costs us $198 more than the original reservation. The bottom line is they sold us a unit they did not have! We also had to go to three different places to check in!
Once there, the Laketown Wharf unit was nasty. The carpet was worn and dirty. The tile hadn't been cleaned in months. The toilets had black rings in them.....
The building is huge with a few elevators so plan to wait coming and going from your unit. If we had known all the issues with Bookit.com and Laketwon Wharf, we would never have stayed there.
