I booked a flight + a rental and used a credit card for my reservations. After hitting the submit button, I got an e-mail saying that my flight had been booked, but the rental car had not. I contacted BookIt.com customer service and was not pleased with the support at all. I was talking to a lady in Poland that could barely speak English and told me to call back at 3 a.m. CST to talk to the billing department about the problem. She also told me that it was a problem with my credit card company. When I called my credit card company they told me that my account had been compromised and that they needed to issue new cards.
This was my first time to use BookIt.com and after bad e-mail confirmations of trip reservations, terrible customer service, and all types of credit card issues, I will NEVER use this site again.
