No. Issues

This is the third time I'm using bookingit.com and so far I haven't had any issues, except the hour wait when I tried calling them once. Reading all these other reviews, would make you not want to book with this company, but the truth is every situation is different and you have to just be smart and do your research, shop around and ask questions before your book with any company ( that's common sense). You have to do your own leg work and not be CHEAP either!! If your spending hundred's of dollars on a vacation, why on earth would someone declined paying a few more dollars for travel insurance? Then CRY and COMPLAIN because your being charge for canceling your trip because of whatever emergencies you may have had.
I do agree that Booking.com fees are a lot higher, but you have the option to take it or leave it. If I don't like something, or if I feel I can get better bank for my buck with someone else, I go elsewhere. Bottom line, stop being LAZY and CHEAP because nothing good come of if.
