I called the online reservation to get some assistance with a vacation booking in Cancun. The reservationist (sorry I forgot her name)!was excellent. I had what I needed in no time. Great job.

Prior to booking the reservation via book it online, the website did not prompt to re-confirm rate hotel lodging nor travel dates. I called Book it to confirm the rate I was tried the 1st time. The 2nd I spoke to [name removed], I explained to her I just booked my reservation view minutes ago and I would like to cancel, there should not be a cancellation fee if I just booked the reservation a few minutes ago. She stated will speak with her manager regarding the situation and then hung up on me. Horrible Service. I never use Book it.com. If I had a difficult time with the website and reservation agent, I could imagine how everything else would turn out. NEVER again will I use BOOK IT, stay away from them.
