I book my hotel only to get to the hotel to be told there is no room available.
I was with my 5 year old daughter it was raining and we got turn away after learning my room won't be available till 3pm. 1 was at the hotel 2am exhausted. I ask for a refund since i had to find a different hotel i was told i had to speak to who i book the hotel with for my refund.
i felt i was robbed paid for a service i didn't received.
i will never use bookit again i will never recommend or use any online service to book a hotel.
i have been crying all the time since this horrible experience.
i plan to take legal step to get my money.
NOT SELL A ROOM IF ITS BOOKED AND REFUND CUSTOMERS THEIR MONEY
