Each time I have used Bookit I had to call Customer Care. The first time was because I missed my flight(Thank you O'Hare TSA!). The representative was sympathetic and professional. She called the resort to notify them of my delay and then arranged the flight for the following day.
The second time was due to the website not processing my order. That time the representative ensured everything was properly booked and applied my coupon that I forgot to add in the original order.
The last time I call Customer Care was when the system would not finalise my last minute added activity to my original trip. She walked through the screens with me until the system finally processed my request.
In each one of these instances I was never charged an additional fee for their service. Better yet, each trip was perfect.
