We had no difficulty in making the initial booking. When a change was needed, it was impossible to talk to a real person without a fee. I email requested clarification as well and that went with a non-response. While my refund was issued for part of the trip within a week of the change, I did not receive complete clarification on the parts of the trip that were not cancelled. I can only hope that when we get there, all is ok.
It would be good for BookIt to have an actual person to talk to without a threat of addition fees to talk to a representative.
