I am disappointed the way my booking was handled. I had booked 2 rooms and was told I would get 4 free passes to Wild water but when I saw my booking was only 2. I called customer service was told nothing can be done only way to get it would be to cancel and rebook to rooms separately but I would be charged for cancellation. When I insisted to speak to someone who can help me was finally told the will try to do was kept on hold for almost an hour. Very poor sales and customer service skills, this was my first time booking through bookit, but would not recommend to anyone.
