I purchased a 3 star mystery hotel in New Orleans. The website said the hotel had a 9.7 excellent rating. When I saw the hotel it was not what was advertised and had a 8.0 guest rating. When I called to complain/get a different hotel ,book it promised, the worker was rude and unhelpful. I understand a mystery property is a gamble, but book it can't say it's a 9.7 and give you a 8. The hotel looks gross.

I will NEVER trust this company again.
