This is the secong time we book a vacation with book it. This last time we had trouble with the flight date. It should be helpfull to get help from costumer service from the first time somebody call without the inconvenience of having to pay extra for any change on the date if the system show the date just when the transaction has been completed. I hade to expend a lot of time in order to get it fixed. an my friend who is traveling with us have to pay extra and deal directly with the airline to get it fixed.
