I can't begin to tell you how long I waited on the phone and how much time I spent trying to correct a mistake with my reservation that ended up costing me more money. Rather than do the right thing, I was billed the additional amount. There is allegedly a call that proves I made the error, but this has yet to be produced. For the amount of money it was, I was SHOCKED that they treated me the way they did. I have been a repeat customer but that ends TODAY!!!
