I had trouble using the web site as it would not allow me to enter my state so I wound up having to call the customer service line. The lady who assisted me was very nice but I can only hope that she was new to her job. I had to repeat my search number 3 times before she got it right. She apologized too many times and seemed nervous about making patter while booking the reservation. In all fairness I worked in an inbound call center for 18 years and perhaps I am too picky. A customer wants to feel confidence that their request will be handled without errors. I did not feel completely confident until I received an email confirming my booking.
