After waiting more than half an hour in the booking line at the hotel we were then told we had no resveration. Our confirmation number was booked under another name. We then had to wait an additional hour while the hotel had to discuss the issue with your company to be finally sorted. I have always booked with Expedia and had no issues and after this issue I will no longer use you and return to them. I am very disapointed with the service you supply.
