We booked a trip with hotel only to Cozumel on bookit.com and within a few weeks found that it was actually much cheaper to fly our a day earlier. I also wasn't logged in when I bought the trip so I needed to link my account so I could have access to my itinerary. So I called customer service expecting to be on hold forever and have a language barrier with the person on the other end. I was anticipating another frustrating customer service call...
What I got was the complete opposite! They have a call-back feature so you don't have to wait on hold, they give you and estimated time and were only a few minutes longer than the estimate. The rep was great and the call clarity was even better. It took a few minutes to link the accounts and the added day on the trip was just as easy. The rep walked me through everything I needed to know and otherwise would have forgotten, (call back when we book the flight so they can call the island hopper flight and give them the updated info.)
Overall probably the best customer service call I've had in a VERY long time!
