I have booked hotels with BookIt several times so far. Not a single problem. I had to call their CS on several occasions due to problems at my end (extending stay, changing dates etc..) but I have never had a problem with their CS. Frankly I booked only hotels I already stayed in and I know what am I getting in advance. The pricing is not so bad, but always look around, it might be better deals around. Well, if there is a better deal and you already booked they really match the price. It just happened to me: I booked room in Destin FL for 71.00/night (Wingate hotel) and find better price at "Tingo". I emailed them a web link and the print screen and they matched price to 61.00/night . Here is the email:
