Great prices!

I booked a trip to New York city on-line (in advance) because of their prices. Bookit.com had the lowest price! I got all excited and made the reservation. A few days later, the prices went down even more so I called to get credit for it. I was told that my reservation was non-refondable, I read my itinerary and didn't see it any where. Their Customer Service lines are always busy, I was about 15-20 minutes on hold each time I called them; although they were very helpful and professional. If you use this company don't trust the itinerary 100% it doesn't say everything!
