Made reservation based on Bookit website. Got to the property, was informed no drink dispensers or fridges in rooms, had to sign waiver that we wouldn't bring food up to the room, also paid for oceanfront room and recieved oceanview. Requested first floor room due to health reasons, was given second floor room. Went to Bookit rep on property and she told us there was nothing she could do to help us. Tried making dinner reservations every night we were there but unable to. Stood in line for reservations starting at 6AM and still were unable. According to Bookit website, the property had free internet but once we arrived were told no free internet.
