I confirmed my reservation before leaving home. When I arrived at my destination I had no reservation for a party of seven. All bookit.com had to say was I am sorry. Here it's Friday night on Memorial Day holiday week end with everything booked up. They didn't offer to find me a place or even offer me a free dinner. Do not use bookit.com, it's a ripoff. Also, I found out that I was over charged. If I had booked directly through that resort it would have much cheaper.
