I have a coupon for $100 that I tried using on a $3000 booking. BUT when I called to have it applied -(after spending 50 minutes on the phone and trying chat) They said I could not use it. The coupon I had did not have any exclusions or instructions, it has not yet expired. They told me it was my choise to cancel... I asked to speak with a supervisor 3 times and nothing. They kept puting me on hold wishing I would hang up. I e-mail a print out of my coupon to show I was not lying and they would still not make it valid. I get is a big company and my business does not mean nothing to them. This was my preffered site to book, now I will never use it again. Awful customer service!!
