If they are offering a Customer Service, then they MUST answer the phone. I have been cut off, called back, wasted 48 minutes for a simple question. Never again. It was a good value, easy site to use, and I enjoyed the booking. but, want to schedule a massage? Huh, no one can answer, no one will talk except in an Indian accent and transfer you to 10 minutes of recorded inane message at the end of which you are simply cut off.
Recommend you pay the extra and get real customer service, I know I will. Back to Hotels.com for me....
I would have liked to know there would be no one to help before I made the purchase, all the "online service" is just hype, there is no Customer Service available, online or off.....
