This was the first time I ever booked a trip over the internet. I was very leary at first but I must say it was a great experience. I only called in to the service department once and the Customer Service was first class. Everything was perfect. I was able to print off my full itenerary. There was no confusion. The Hotel\Air Pkg was fully booked there were no surprise hidden costs what I was quoted was what I paid. The only problem I had was the flight delay caused by American Airlines and the fact that they didn't offer any type of apology,it would have been nice if they had at least provided an in flight meal, because bt the time we got to our resort all the restaraunts were closed we went without anything to eat till the morning. That wasn't Bookits fault. The rest of the holiday was fantastic. The hotel staff was friendly courteous a bit of a language barrier,there was a mix-up with our room reservation but it was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. We had a King-Suite with a balcony with a fantastic Ocean View. The food at the specialty restaurants was fabulous, I highly recommemd the Paris and Roma. The buffet meals were okay but the food was pretty bland, they needed to add a little spice. Loved all the fresh fruit and omelet bar. The beaches were beautiful lots of seating available in the sun and shade, the water was so clear,perfect temperature for swimming,the pools fantastic well maintained. Nightly free entertainment I felt like I was in paradise. They had a disco, was great for the younger crowd, a Casino, lady luck was with me. The prce I paid for the trip well worth it, all-inclusive is the way to go. They had alot of excursions you could take and were very resonible priced. I would highly recommend this resort.
