Left my immaculate car with Park xpert booked through FHR. Took pictures from all angles when i left it, as i always do. On collection, despite only having 15 mins to exit the car park, i again took pictures from all angles. A day later i noticed damage on both front corners of the colour coded bumper. Checked my pics and sure enough, nothing when i left it, damaged on collection. All my pics are digitally dated and also have location tags I emailed FHR informing them of this issue. They replied and copied and pasted a section from their T&C's to say that the damage had to be reported on collection and that they would ask park xpert to investigate and attempted to indicate that they are not responsible and any issues will be dealt with by park xpert. Despite wriggling out of legal blame via their Terms and conditions, morally they are as guilty as the dodgy firms they promote. Use this company at your peril

“Burglary”

I booked on the 21 May at 11:10 .Manchester airport jet parks 3 Cancelled a few minutes later .They charged the entire amount no refund given . Claiming it must be cancelled before 48 hrs .Yet I had only just booked it . Absolutely exploitation Avoid this company

“Awful ”

Truly shocking - DO NOT USE THEM! Operator is rude and not helpful at all - person picking up my car could you Bly drive automatics , couldn’t speak English and honestly looked like she had slept a night under the embankment. On return the operator was equally poor , had to wait 60 minutes to get the car back and was told to just “ get a cup of tea and chill “. DON’T BOTHER SAVING £10 it isn’t worth it!!

“Used our car when it was meant to be parked.”

Dropped off our car to Heathrow Terminal 3 at the contracted place in the drop-off area, to be called by the company to move to a drive through road so they didn't have to pay the £5 drop-off fee which was included in the price. Picked up the car three days later to find they have been driving it around and done over 70miles, and used half a tank of petrol. Spoke to the police who said this happens a lot with these cheap meet and greet services, and to contact a solicitor - which we now are.

“Use at your peril!!”

Have always used this Company - but NO MORE!, Having had my flight changed by BA from Gatwick to Heathrow due to corona virus issues, I thought this company would be aware of the current difficulties and either refund Gatwick parking or offer credit note. BIG MISTAKE! They basically said hard luck and blamed the car park for being strict about vouchers. NOT TRUE as I contacted the car park direct who couldn’t have been more helpful. Obviously FHR only interested in lining their pockets at the expense of people hit by the current unstable travel industry issues. I shall go direct in future.

“Trying to charge a cancellation fee for a service they...”

Boosed an airport lounge with BookFHR. Lounge closed due to Covid. Offered a credit note which I declined then told that as I had cancelled the booking, they would refund me the cost, LESS a cancellation charge for something I paid for that they could not supply. Will keep posting here but if Book FHR attempt to charge me a cancellation charge, I'm sure that we can discuss it in front of a judge in court Dreadful customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY - you have been warned

“Terrible customer services. ”

Mis informed and terrible customer service. I'm a disabled man traveling with my Son from Gatwick to Vancouver and needed to book a lounge. I booked Aspire lounge instead of No1 lounge as No1 lounge is the ONLY one that can be used on departure from South Terminal. So I explained this to the company, but their customer service was Terrible. Explaining that it is upto customer to check! Excuse me for getting Confused! I had to struggle so I thought they should be able to at the very least, be able to transfer so I can use the lounge on my departure from Vancouver on the 12th of September. After using many facilities and companies whilst on holiday and being helped all the time, even when I do get confused, I am actually disgusted at FHR treatment towards me. I can admit to booking the wrong terminals lounge but It really should not be an option. Clearly the website takes your money very quickly but customer service and common sense towards disabled people is unfortunately still an issue. STAY AWAY.

“Not really Meet and Greet”

Booked my car into Terminal 2 Meet and Greet. Signage not very good. On Parking the car, We had quite a good walk to the Terminal in the dark and Cold. On Pick up we had to walk right through the indoor Car park to the office. We chose the Meet and Greet as we thought it would be convenient as I can't walk very well. On pick up when we got into the car, Both seats had been adjusted, Heat turned on to Maximum, air vents were closed, carpet was dirty. Sorry I never checked the mileage on drop off. Goodness knows where my car had been. I reported this, they did not want to know.

Thank you for your review. FHR are an agent for airport car parks across the UK, we do not run the services themselves.

The option you chose was the official service supplied by the Airport. We do say on our web site - available to read before booking -
"Drop and collect in short term car park next to the terminal"

We do offer 3 independent meet and greet companies at Manchester who will meet you outside the terminal, but sometimes they can be more expensive.

We are very sorry that you were disappointed on this occasion.

Waited nearly an hour for car to be delivered after being told 20 minutes. After a long flight, to be waiting this amount of time on a cold and draughty car park is unacceptable. Staffing problems and 'we are busy atm' are no excuses. This must be one of the few service businesses where exactly what is happening every day, at what time etc., is known as it is all pre-booked. They should even know if planes are late so can plan for that. They need to get their act together.

I arrived at the hotel mid afternoon, no problem parking and no charge for overnight parking. Hotel had my booking in their system, only had to give my name. I was looking for something low cost and this hotel was recommended by the lady at FHR. I have to say the Room was fairly basic, but clean and had a very tasty meal for £7 - cheap for a hotel - quick service and FHR rate was excellent. I have only used FHR for parking before at a different airport which also went smoothly after I booked on- line, but their staff are knowledgable and helpful so will definitely use them again.

“Avoid at all costs”

Booked a last minute hotel room for the night before an early flight with FHR, big mistake! When we arrived at the hotel we were informaed that the hotel was fully booked and had been fro a number of weeks. They said this was not the first time FHR had sold rooms that were not available, 'almost a regular thing'. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and managed to book us into a different hotel, however, this was a further 16 miles away from the airport. This meant we would also have to put our car in airport parking, which at short notice cost us a small fortune. Upon complaining the company offered no apology what so ever and blaimed the hotel for not notifying them they were full. This was later proved to be incorrect. A very poor service from this company with rude and un professional staff.

“Terrible directions and inept staff ”

We travelled down from th East Riding of Yorkshire having booked online the Luton FHR. The directions given on the printed booking form were limited and gave sat nav instructions. Our sat nav has served us well and we have driven through France and Spain with no wrong turns or dead ends. despite 2 pairs of eyes we could not find any signposts. We found several other car parking companys but no FHR. On ringing FHR we were given limited directions. Upon finally arriving at the carpark we were met by a lady who informed us that "people find it difficult to find us" and was simply not interested when i said we were in danger of missing our flight check-in. my request for "could she ring for a local taxi to collect us and we would pay the fare" was met with "not really" fellow travellers showed more concern for our plight and offered to drive us to the airport. 4 other customers out of the 5 voiced concerns on the lack of directions and sign posting. By this time i was close to tears as the women a announced she could not find the relevant paperwork and proceeded to drag her heels. Apart from ourselves there were other people waiting for this inept woman to actually do something, we all agreed that one got the feeling she was actually enjoying herself. We thankfully made our flight, but it was by luck only. Upon our return the 15min wait we were told upon ringing for pickup turned out to be a 35mins wait. Would we book again with FHR - NO their rates are competative but their customer service is very very poor

“FHR Meet & Greet Birmingham Airport”

Arrived ok. Greeter never made himself aware as to who he was. No sign to say FHR meet & greet service. We had to ask if we were there but they should know that as they had my number plate and i called the mobile to inform them we would be there in 20 mins. Returning was a tad stressful. Hung up on 3 times by operator. Eventually got through and we had to wait for the greeter to finsih his conversation with his collegue before loading our suitcases in our car as he had the key still in his pocket. Dont know if i would book again with FHR (although the were cheep it just is not worth the stress.)

“Broken wing mirror, avoided responsibility”

We used this service, booked through FHR, on 14-28/2/13. Dropping off the car was fine; we felt well informed and the service was courteous. On the way back (about midnight on 28/2/13), however, the driver shoved the keys at us and left as soon as possible, not allowing us to do a check of the car first. This was because, it turned out, the passenger side wing mirror was now broken - hardly something he could have missed, driving it over. We didn't contact FHR or Gatwick Skyparking then, since it was now past midnight, concentrating instead on driving home, and contacted FHR the next day. After over a month of FHR doing nothing, we rang them again and were advised that they weren't responsible, but that Gatwick Skyparking was. We contacted GSP (enclosing our initial email to FHR) but were told that since we hadn't done a check of the car before we handed it in, hadn't done one with their representative after we got it back (something that, of course, they hadn't done themselves), and because we hadn't contacted them as soon as we discovered the problem, they couldn't take responsibility and would, out of goodwill and if we agreed to take it no further, refund us half the cost of repairing the mirror (£25). We refused, and are now planning to write to GSP, FHR, and to Gatwick Airport to complain. In the mean time, we strongly advise you not to use this service - they won't take responsibility for damage if it occurs.

I have used meet and greet with various firms at Heathrow and Gatwick with varying results. However, I must say FHR at Luton were excellent. A chap waiting to take the car off me at arrivals and on return I rang after collectiong luggae just before customs and my car was pulling into the short term car park as I crossed the road to enter the car park. And this despite my flight being 30 minues early if they were monitoring this. Just thought that good service needs a mention

“Gatwick meet and greet parking”

AGAIN DO NOT BOOK.I booked with FHR because they gave a competitive price compared to others.My car was collected on time and was clean but when they returned it 1 ..... They were 20 minutes late allthough i gave them 45 minutes prior notice 2 ..... My car was dirty on wheels and under arches I could complain to them but reading from the reviews on here what is the point.This is the best way to hit them by letting all customers know. It is better to pay little bit more for a professional meet and greet company to look after your car (thats if you love it)

They are awful........ do not use! Unless you want dents in your car when it's returned and then to be dealing with rude people who do not care and insult you. No one at the company will even bother to try to help afterwards and they don't even stick to their own terms and conditions. I am so frustrated and annoyed with this company, do not book with them! Unfortunately, I had to put one star in as the system would not publish with no stars, which is what they are truly worth...... AVOID!!!!!!

When car returned, it had clearly been parked in a field somewhere. Covered in dirt and hay. Just bought a new car, so upset that car was returned in such a poor condition. Would not recommend using this company.
