I am surprised to read all the negative reviews. I have used this company multiple times for myself and purchased tickets for friends. No problem. When I email them my questions are answered promptly. The prices are vey competitive. Once I book with them I go to the actually web sights for the company I'm flying with and check my flight and make sure my seats are the ones Iv chosen. Don't buy tickets hastily. Go to Delta go to Air France or whatever and read about luggage policies check in times etc. then go back at buy at BT-Store. I also use their travelers insurance and had to cash in on it once when the airport I was landing in went on strike. I had no problem there either.
