I am a professor that travels a lot for conferences and such. My Assistant always purchases tickets for me on a University Card. She used "worst" travel store to book a ticket, and they sent me an email, as the traveler, at 5pm on a Friday saying that I needed to get back to them with credit card verification information by 12:00 on Saturday. I called and tried to explain the situation and they were inflexible. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
