I booked a direct flight to Philadelphia with Virgin, but they then changed it to a in-direct with Deta and said I could possibly change it if it was not suitable.I phoned Benz to see if I could change and was told they would get back to me,they didn't.I have since phoned about ten times and sent a e-mail to Kieth who was my agent,but always got the same recorded message "I'm not in today".If you like to think you have the support of a caring company then forget Benz Travel.
