WE BOOKED A RETURN TRIP TO AUSTRALIA WITH THREE INTERNAL FLIGHTS IN JUNE. WE ASKED FOR FULL BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE ON INTERNAL FLIGHTS AND GIVEN A PRICE,WE QUERIED IF THIS INCLUDED FULL BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE [20k] OR MORE AND WERE ASSURED YES IT WAS, SO WE BOOKED. THE TICKETS WERE RECEIVED IN A SHORT TIME FOR US TO FIND ON INTERNAL BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE AT ALL ONLY CARRY ON. SINCE THEN WE HAVE BEEN TRYING WITHOUT MUCH SUCCESS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH ALL THE PROMISES AND EXCUSES AND TIME WASTING. ALWAYS SOME OTHER PERSONS FAULT FOR NOT PUTTING IT RIGHT DON`T US THEM GO ELSEWHERE.

I WISH WE HAD KNOWN THEIR REPUTATION BEFORE WE BOOKED.

We would like to qualify this review (we being the writers!). It is true that for six months an issue was unresolved, much to our distress and frustration. However, on 9.1.2014 it finally HAS been resolved, to our great delight.
Hence, while we don't forget the length of time it took for this matter to be sorted, we are now satisfied and would rate Benz Travel 3 stars. Many thanks
