I had spoken to Roy and was promised a great deal to my holiday destination after the details were emailed over I was rushed to reply to the email he told me to check the tickets as he was on the telephone and agreed as all the details were correct. after replying i noticed he put an extra '0' to the price and i replied straight away saying it was an extra 0. he did not reply & in the meantime the manager rang and said it was a typing error and i should have noticed before replying to the email. the way i was spoken to was horrible and disgusting not once did i get an apology..i will never be going through benz travel ever again and i was promised i will be getting my £200 back as soo as i do i will be booking my holiday elsewhere.
