I was looking for a flight and booked with them as they were the cheapest. I reiterated over and over again on the phone if that was the FINAL price before I booked and they assured me it was. No sooner had I booked and got an email through that I realised it was an extra £150 for VAT. I rang up in a rage as I'd specifically asked if the quoted price was the final price but they told me they had just made a mistake and couldn't do anything about it.
ALSO, he told me there would be a 7 hour stopover in Helsinki. Once I got my e-Ticket I realised it was actually a TWENTY SIX hour stop!! Absolutely ridiculous service, clearly say anything to make a sale. I don't ever write reviews but my experience with them was so awful I feel morally obliged to warn everyone else. I will never ever book anything else with Benz travel ever again and I strongly advise everyone else to keep well clear of these leeches.
