Please do not buy from this company their policies only favour themselves with no regards for customer rights. Bought a ticket in good faith couldn’t travel because of pandemic. Won’t be able to travel because of the countries I wanted to visit self isolation rules. This farce of a company has refused to give me back my hard earned money and the representative had the gall to say I came to buy my ticket from them because of the cheap ness of the ticket. Don’t we all love bargains. My sister gave praises about their service that’s why in good faith I went to buy my ticket from them. Terrible service the worst I’ve ever had. I would advise you all out there to buy from the airlines or reputable companies. The reputation of this company is ziltch. BEWARE! Cheapest is never the best. You Have Been Warned!!!!

AVOID!!! Avoid at all costs! They will sell you a flight, take the payment / deposit. Then call you back to say the flight no longer exists at the agreed price. They did this to us. We booked a package holiday for £1090 pp and they called me 2 days after taking my payment to say the original flights do not exist at the agreed price and instead have to pay £100 pp more to have the same flight or fly from an airport much further away! How are they allowed to do this! Then they told us the hotel has already been booked and if we don’t pay the £100 extra we have to cancel for which we have to pay a penalty of £75 each. They are so sneaky and sly. Read the small print on their website which allows them to increase holiday prices by 8% despite agreeing to a lower fare and taking a deposit too. Horrendous experience - so stressful and they are so sweet when they want your money but when they get it they don’t want to know you. Stay away at all costs no matter how cheap the flights look. Not worth the stress.

They took 1600 pounds from us and did not refund us. They have fake names and do not trust the reviews on here they probably typed it themself. If you guys want a refund call the police or your bank. My children were looking forward for this holiday and now we cant go. They blocked our number

I have received the best service possible and would highly recommend anyone to book with confidence. I would advise that you study the negative reviews carefully and you will come to the same conclusion as I did, most of the mistakes are down to the customer not the booking agency. Excellent service, Amazing price!,

Was not too sure at first as price was so much cheaper. But have had great service up to now, with so many questions answered promptly. Have even had three extra nights added in Istanbul. would certainly recommend, in fact I have to my sister and her family.

I booked a direct flight to Philadelphia with Virgin, but they then changed it to a in-direct with Deta and said I could possibly change it if it was not suitable.I phoned Benz to see if I could change and was told they would get back to me,they didn't.I have since phoned about ten times and sent a e-mail to Kieth who was my agent,but always got the same recorded message "I'm not in today".If you like to think you have the support of a caring company then forget Benz Travel.

I rang Benz Travel because it appeared on my online search engine. I was looking for the most economical flights and sensible changeover times for a long haul flight from London to Perth Australia. I had some flexibility of dates more than of finance as we are pensioners! My husband and I have travelled this route many times because our daughter and only grandchildren live there. We are therefore familiar with different airlines and several different travel companies on line. I was very impressed by the service we received from Benz Travel. Rather than lengthy telephone conversations they took down all our details and requirements in a polite, helpful and friendly manner and called back within ten minutes. They were very patient as I checked and cross checked details, they booked our seats right then,told us full details of our baggage allowance, sent confirmation e mails immediately and telephoned to check all was in order. We received our e-tickets the same day. The only thing I didn't like was being called Mrs (first name). Professionally it should be Mrs (surname)or just first name.

absolutely fantastic company. Used them for years to book flights and holidays. No one will come close to the prices offered. The operators know their business inside and out. I dealt with an agent last night to book a couple of weeks in the Far East, nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with us as we changed our options during the call. You can not get this type of service on the internet or in a so called travel agents shop on the high street. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hoodaki/ Benz Travel to anyone. Please keep this service going, and employing staff of the same calibre. Many thanks.

I had not booked my flight home for the Christmas holidays and I was panicking as the flight prices were increasing daily. Whilst searching on the internet and after giving my phone number on one of the sites, I promptly got a call from Abraham of Benz Travel and he was so helpful, fast and kind, I was amazed. He gave me all the useful information and assurance I needed. Benz is great.

I had difficulty searching for a flight which is affortable, and because summer holiday has started almost all are very expensive. Thanks to the staff who patiently looked for flights so I can go home and see my father who is not well. Not only him I should thank but to the two staff who rang me follow up my reservation. I am very grateful and thankful. Thank you is not enough to extend my gratitude. Keep up the good work!

Firstly, I found it difficult to get in touch with the agent who handled my booking, with lots of emails and phone calls simply not answered or returned. I was however, finally able to contact the agent, who to his credit did call me back and changed my booking as requested. My real problem with this company is the format of the e-ticket and the incorrect dates shown. I received an e-ticket stating that I would arrive in the country on a particular date which was completely wrong and I actually arrived the following day. So my hotel booking for the first night was a complete waste of time and money and totally not refundable. I am an experienced traveller and e-tickets usually show the date and time you will arrive in a given country, this was not the case with this ticket and to make matters worse I was told by the agent that it was clearly indicated that I would arrive the following day at a later date, which is simply not true. After a brief exchange of emails with the agent, it was met with silence.. I do not expect to get my money back or any kind of compensation but for sure will never use this travel company again and make sure I tell everyone who I know not to use them either.

Two hours after taking money for our flight they declined the flight and have not paid back money after telling us on the phone it would be but back in 24 to 48 hours. No reson given for declining flight. Money was needed to book flight elsewhere. Can not be trusted

I booked and paid for my ticket on 6th May on end of June they tried to contact me when i was away in and in poor reception area, despite leaving messages asking for information on the ticket I did not receive either an email or text informing me. By the monday i was asked to pay another £500 for a ticket, when i refused suddenly another alternative was available but now i had to do 2 stopovers not 1 as original ticket! I was told to be grateful that there was no additional charge!!!!!

I was planning my trip to Manila in July - but a turn had taken and I had to get an emergency flight 4 days away - Pam was an angel, she fixed everything, easing my stress and just helped me through the process as quickly as possible to get everything confirmed. She talked me through the different prices and flight times and was just a huge help - a real saving grace.
