we booked online and paid £1650 deposit received deposit confirmation. All done we thought. we did not expect them to call and say the holiday had increased by £300, pay or we'll cancel it.
[name removed] from the company requires some serious re training. When we were unhappy that we had been mislead and ripped off he told me "just because you don;t like what i'm telling you what do you want me to do"
He then very kindly went on to say "what do you want me to do pay for your holiday myself"
Very helpful and professional I feel??
To wrap this up he then cancelled our holiday without our authorisation, and when I asked for head office details to take matters further his reply was
"and how exactly do you think you can take this further with no booking"
