Our requirements were listened to and we were given plenty of opportunity to discuss options.
The end result was a superb holiday that we would recommend to anyone.
Staff were happy to deal with queries after the booking was made and went through the travel documents in detail before we set off.
Very friendly and helpful staff were on hand whether we made enquires in person, by phone or by email.
