Very disappointed not to be informed of cabin upgrade which once on board there was nothing could be done as the ship was full,we had booked our cabin specifically to be next to our friends and ended up on opposite ends of the ship,not good !!! Also for some reason we were given two single beds instead of a double which was easily rectified but when we brought these issues to their notice they blamed you the travel agent ,not a great start but went on to have a wonderful holiday, have used Barrhead in the past and probably will again but will make sure our requirements are noted.
