The staff are all extremely helpful at Barrhead Travel in Falkirk and we were welcomed by all. We were invited to sit in the waiting area when it was busy and we were also offered a glass of champagne whilst waiting. As this was my first holiday without my parents I was asking a lot of questions in which every member of staff could answer no problem. All the staff were very polite and had great knowledge. I was also offered a privileged rate on my euros however I was disappointed at the rate I received but as I was not taking that much money I wasn't too bothered by this. All in all a very successful and enjoyable holiday at a great price from Barrhead Travel.
