agent who dealt with this was very helpful and polite. nothing was to much trouble for her. I could contact her at any time about any concerns or questions I may have. I was able to pay for my holiday in installments. only thing that was wrong, was the airbus at the airport which had the wrong hotel on our voucher, so my friend and I had to pay for another airbus to get to our hotel. but everything else run smooth and was a fantastic holiday. just wished now I had booked 2 weeks. the hotels were really good and staff friendly and helpful.
