We were very well looked after from the start.
I am barely computer literate but your Mr Curran showed great patience and gave us all the assistance we required.
As I was unable to print out our Boarding Passes, it was a boost to have them arrive via the Post in plenty of time.
On the many occasions I was a pest I was politely and efficiently dealt with by all the staff involved.
You made things easy for us and took the hassle out of the arrangements.
Your Training is certainly working and thank you for a great holiday.
