Called in on a whim with an idea of where I wanted to visit and the standard of accomodation I wanted. Within 15 minutes the knowledgeable travel consultant had assessed my needs and made several suggestions and I had booked the holiday. A few days later I was informed that the refurbishment of the hotel would not be completed in time and an alternative (it's sister hotel) was suggested. A few days later the amended hotel and transfer documents arrived.
The organisation of the holiday from start to finish was very good and I could not fault it at all.
