Good itinerary. Six hotels and seven flights but no problems. Flying from Vancouver to Campbell River was certainly better than driving and taking the ferry. Only one complaint. We paid extra for legroom seats on the return journey but they were so narrow as to be unusable. Fortunately the plane was not full so I was given an alternative seat but not near my husband and without the extra legroom. Apparently we should have been informed of this when booking but weren't. Plane out only had screens that dropped from ceiling so everyone had to watch the same entertainment, for a nine hour trans Atlantic flight this is not really acceptable when compared with other airlines. Hotels all very good, friendly, helpful and conveniently located, although Heron's Landing is a bit of a walk from Campbell River. Itinerary needs to include more info about hotels such as location etc. I printed this off from their websites before we left otherwise we might have struggled to drive to them. Avis were excellent - great car and service. Sat nav very useful. Barrhead travel knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would use again.
