Staff friendly,helpful and well informed.
Accommodation in Canada above expectations, transfers/trips via Brewster buses generally went very well.Rocky Mountaineer trip and cruise to be recommended.
Travel vouchers issued would have been better in "cheque book" form for ease of use - other travellers using the same agent had them but we didn't.
The Itinerary was fully organised except for the final transfer from cruise ship to airport to travel home - had to ring up to find out about options prior to trip, which seemed an odd omission.
