A Thomas Cook rep had told me that she could not arrange the pachage I wanted. The Barrhead Travel rep said she could. That is why we used Barrhead Travel for our holiday arrangements.
The person we saw took great care to understand our needs and came up with a variety of offers. She kept asking questions to ensure she fully understood and took time to explain everything we could expect.
After booking, we received valuable information about our destination, and an offer of a good deal on currency.
I would certainly use Barrhead Travel again.
