Customer services - JOKE!!!!!!

After I had my flight cancelled, I thought it would be simple once I had rebooked with another airline to just amend my transfers and receive a refund as it was out of my hands. To cut a very long story short I spend I excess of over 12 hours actual time on telephone calls and emails to Alpharooms - mostly in India may I add.

Customer services in this company is an absolute joke as the numerous advisors I spoke to in India - all could barely speak English let alone understand my issue! Each time I was given irrelevant information and when I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told I did not need to and they would sort, they never did. They being various names.... I'm sure these are there real names .... All based in India!!! So rude not even to give their real names

I have used this company on many occasion but never again!!!!!!

Customer services within companies are there for a point.... To assist customers. They certainly cannot do this and when you try to escalate it you get know here. Even email and writing to the company gets he the same result .... Eventually I got a phone call 1 month alter to say they had received a complaint via email and would resolve it within 24 - 48 hours .... Guess what a week later I am still waiting .

ALPHAROOMS ...... AN ABSOLUTE JOKE .... GET YOURSELVES SORTED OUT !!!!!
