Booked a studio room for 1/2 persons with pool view and balcony through alpha rooms. As we had stayed at the hotel before , I checked when I made the reservation regarding balcony , as the studios without are not suitable for my mother who is eighty.
When we arrived at the hotel we where told we had been allocated a studio without balcony. As the hotel didn't have any others available our options were to take the studio which was totally unsuitable for my mother or pay to upgrade to a one bedroom end apartment. We had to pay an extra 210 euros !
I phoned their so called customer service three times over two days and never even got a call back.Appalling!
This is the first and last time I will use them.
Avoid at all costs
