I booked with alpha rooms this year and got a little confused during booking as I wanted a 2 bedroom apartment. After I had completed my booking I emailed them as it was showing as a twin room. I had an email straight back telling me that the room I had booked was a 2 room apartment. when I arrived at the resort i found out I was in a 1 room apartment and my family of 4 had to squeeze into the room!! I emailed alpharooms who acknowledged their mistake in misleading me but they were not prepared to help during my holiday other than to offer £80 compensation!!! I since written to them and they will still do nothing more . Their customer service stinks and they will do nothing to help or compensate fairly whatsoever I would recommend you book with anyone bar them they dont deserve your money.Never met a company so unfriendly and helpfull they admitted they were in the wrong offered £80 and then stuck their fingers up very very disappointing. Alpharooms please note as promised I am spreading the word truthfully of how bad you are.

Thank you for your comments.

I have reviewed the correspondence and the internal notes that relate to your booking. I can see that the reservation you made on our website was for a Twin Room. These usually consist of one room with two single beds and any additional sofa beds will be in the same room. I am very sorry that you were advised incorrectly that the additional beds would be in a separate room.

When you contacted us from the hotel we confirmed that you had been provided with the Twin Room that you paid for originally. In recognition of the incorrect information that you had previously been given by our customer service agent we offered an £80.00 refund as an apology to you. However, we did explain that the reservation had been confirmed correctly and in line with the booking that you made on our website.

Your case was then reviewed once you contacted us on return from your holiday and we decided that our offer was a fair one. You replied to us accepting the offer and the case was then finalised.

Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused and I hope that this answers your questions.

Regardless of what I paid for AlphaRooms customer services emailed me to tell me I had booked a 2 bedroomed apartment after I had asked them to confirm what I had actually booked this I found out on arrival was wrong !!! When I contacted AlphaRooms regarding this from the resort they weren't prepared to help me even though they acknowledged that they had told me the wrong info so does £80 make up for that clearly no . I wouldn't trust this company as they gave me bad information that ruined my holiday . I would recommend you take great care before booking with them as I have found them very unfriendly they are trying to blame me for booking wrong when they have actually confirmed via email to me that I had actually booked a 2 bedroomed apartment . AlphaRooms messed up and refuse to compensate fairly very poor attitude to customers in my opinion and I would never use them again .
