We used alpha rooms for the first time and their price could not be matched by any other agency. They arranged our transfers and these went very smoothly. The requests we asked for ie sea view and adjoining accommodation was forwarded to hotel and we had sea views they could not provide adjoining accommodation so the hotel upgaded us. This is the first time our requests have been passed on so very impressed. There was nothing we didn't like and would certainly use alpha rooms again.
