We had a problem when we arrived at the hotel late on the Friday night, there was no booking for us at the hotel. The emergency phone no was not answered, we did get the problem sorted but not until the Monday morning after we phoned Alpharooms directly, the lady that morning was very helpful and phoned the hotel for us.
It was a bad start to our holiday although it was sorted no-one seems to want to take the responsibilty. We did complain to Alpharooms on our return but were not offered any compensation. This was our 3rd holiday with Alpharooms but it has put us off booking again.
