I have been using Alpharooms for many years now to book my accommodation in Europe mostly Spain. It always offers great value prices and good quality accommodation. Only once in five years have I had a poblem with Alpharooms when my accommodation was changed three days before travelling. Alpharooms offered an alternative but it was miles from the resort we originally booked No compensation or sympathy was offered as it was the hotel that cancelled and not Alphrooms. I didn't think that was acceptable but apart from that one glitch I have always found Alpha great to deal with but I think they should change their policy re;accommodation changes
