bookings were good and quick
mentioned taking bikes for transfere purposes but this was put onto accomadation invoice and nothing on transfer invoice and the non sumpathetic and unhelpful NT rep wouldnt take them. Luckily the alpha rooms rep managed to sort but we had to pay. We were worried about return transfere, spoke to alpha on phone but didnt get a reply, emailed but this took days to get assigned, emailed again, nothing. On confirmation of return travel wanted definate decision that bikes were to go, it was then sorted. This had spolit some of the holiday as we were worried that the bikes would be refused. Overall with extra paymant we paid more to get the bikes 40miles with transfere then to get them thousands with the airplane!!
A phone rep told me the bikes were just a message, and nothing was done with it. maybe a section for such things would be helpful so someone does "something" with the info give.
Had we not had the bikes then everything would have gone smooth.
